Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Innovations 6ES7272-0AA20-0YAD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inficon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Intelligrated product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics such as the 4S588150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 013001 manufactured by Inficon and we are pleased to be able to service most Inficon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30373100 by Manufacturer Intelligrated as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jeol Brand CLAMP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intelligent-Actuator such as RCSSRL400A10B equipment made by Intelligent-Actuator have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intelligent-Actuator products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intelligent-Actuator" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OHSDSC made by J-kem-Scientific as well as the popular ISSYM860200 original spares produced by Intelligent-Actuator

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASAHU1011 by Johnson-Controls and RCSSRL400A10B spares by Intelligent-Actuator are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2781000021 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Innova.
